Project for Nokian Tyres Company

NCC operates as a general contractor on the construction of the first stage of Hakkapeliita Village housing estate for the employees of Nokian Tyres’ Russian subsidiary in Vsevolozhsk

The first construction stage includes 4 five-storied buildings (170 apartments). Construction works began in December 2007 and the completion is planned in autumn of 2009. 

NCC is also engaged as a general project designer. The contract on designing was signed in May 2007. 

Hakkapeliitta Village is a housing estate for the Nokian Tyres’ employees. (In 2005 the company had opened a tire plant in Vsevolozhsk, Leningradskaya oblast).

The block of seven 5-storied buildings will be located at the 11th kilometer of “Doroga Zhizni” road in the land plot of total area of 4,5 hectares. There will be 270 apartments. Hakkapeliitta Village estate is a well organized fenced territory surrounded by green zone. There will be a kindergarten and playgrounds in the recreation area, parking places, separate boiler house. The estate will be developed in 2 stages. The first stage (170 apartments) will be completed by autumn 2009, and the second in 2011. All the apartments will be fine-finished for Nokian Tyres’ employees to move in immediately after the project delivery without extra finishing works. The investor of the project is Nokian Tyres.
